Purchasing

Ensure accurate Purchase Order (PO) tracking by preventing duplicate receipts. You can no longer create duplicate PO receipts by opening the same PO in multiple tabs. The system checks the PO status before allowing a receipt, ensuring that once you fully receive an item, you cannot receive it again in a new tab.

If Restrict Over Receipt is set to Yes, you cannot receive more items than ordered. An error message displays the remaining quantity if you attempt to exceed the order.

Work Order

You can now view up to 20 child work orders per page without UI display issues. The system properly displays all child work orders, ensuring smooth navigation and usability.

Asset

Quotation marks now display as entered in the Edit Asset page during asset creation. This issue is resolved for the following fields:

• Asset Name

• Asset Number

• Serial Number

• Vendor

• Status Comments

• Barcode Number

• Financial System ID

• Warranty Contract #

• Expiration Contact

• Maint. Contact

• Expir Contact Phone

• Cost Center

• Purchase Order #

Work Order / Inspection

You can now successfully post inspections against closed work orders using the inspectiontransactions API. This resolves the previous error and ensures consistent functionality with the UI.

Logbook

All data now returns when you run the Labor Utilization Report without experiencing timeouts.

Shopping Cart

You can no longer add duplicate items to the Shopping Cart by clicking the Add button rapidly. The system now ensures you create a single entry for each item added.
